WENSBRIDGE Pvt Ltd was incorporated in Mumbai in 2025 with a clear focus: to provide real estate buyers and investors in Maharashtra with advisory that prioritises their interest — not the developer's or the broker's.
The firm operates across three services: developing and marketing RERA-registered plotted layouts, advising clients on land acquisition and due diligence, and facilitating property transactions with structured documentation support.
Our primary geographies are Vasai-Virar (where affordable land with improving infrastructure presents genuine long-term value), Mumbai's western suburbs (for society redevelopment and NRI advisory), and Pune's western IT corridor (for plotted and residential investments).
All projects will be registered with MahaRERA before any marketing or sales activity commences, in full compliance with applicable real estate regulations in Maharashtra. Our clients include first-time homebuyers, NRIs seeking to invest in India, and family offices evaluating land parcels.
WENSBRIDGE operates in association with Wens Force International Pvt Ltd, which leads our society redevelopment advisory practice — bringing structured documentation, SRA/MHADA process expertise, and institutional-grade governance support to housing society committees across Mumbai's western suburbs.

Ms. Shabana Sayyad brings over 14 years of experience in property advisory and investment consulting, having held leadership roles at Square Yards, ANAROCK, and Betterhomes Dubai. She specialises in NRI advisory, cross-border investment structuring, and resale market strategy across the MMR and UAE corridors.
Shri Vikas Pandey
Leads client advisory and transaction facilitation. Experienced in real estate finance and NRI property services, with a decade of experience in the Mumbai–Pune corridor.
Mr. Hassan Shaikh
Guides overall strategy and operations. Brings extensive experience in real estate development, technology, and enterprise advisory — with prior engagements across Tata and Reliance group entities — focused on plotted layouts and land advisory in Maharashtra.
